Don't offer the full menu like the other 2 McDonald's in town.On more than 1 occasion they don't give you your receipts or offer them but when you do finally get one the ink is so faded you can't read them.Also several times I have went through there and my food has been burnt to a crisp it was so hard you couldn't break the muffin and also been through and my food is cold and and barely heated up.
Horrible customer service, one employee actually acknowledged that I was waiting to be helped and walked away. The same employee looked at me three more times and never helped. I left and went up the road to another restaurant.

Ask to gave mac sauce added to hamburger. Never put it on and the fry container was half full. Called them up and the guy on the phone remembered that order yet he didn't know what to do about it. The 2 girls at the drive up window both were very unfriendly. Not a good place for quality service and food.

Take a long time to get waited on as well as long time to get food. Then order was wrong. Needs new manager.
Everything was great but the flies were ridiculous today. Not normal so bad lol. It doesn't help that my kid is horrified of all insects ?

PLEASE put napkins in the bags. 90% of the time we are at this location, we have to ask for napkins or go inside. PS, 2 napkins is not enough for 5 sandwiches.

This is the worst McDonald’s in town.Came tonight got Spicy chicken sandwich, the chicken is so hard and nasty like it’s been there since this afternoon. The girl taking an order is lost due to lack of training I am guessing. Couldn’t get a receipt because didn’t know how to change paper, didn’t know how to take an order correctly. Not here fault bad management.My order was completely wrong. All the tables was dirty had to clean on off just to eat. No one smiling bad atmosphere. Not even busy and food nasty old and nasty inside.
