This became my favorite location since moving back to Elgin. I always use the app and its always on point every time. My orders are great, they've only messed up 1 time out of every time I go (which is at least 5 times a week ?)
Took advantage of my free birthday drink so I decided to order ahead using the app and ordered my usual: iced oatmilk vanilla latte. I took a sip out of my drink and it was horrible. I don't know what went wrong. It's a hit or miss with Dunkin, every time I go my drink always tastes different. Should've gone to Starbucks instead. Aside from the dreadful drink, I did receive it fast!!
