I went in and ordered 2 iced coffees, the Cinnamon Vanilla and The DunKings coffee. The lady misheard me and gave me a regular iced for the Dunking despite having emphasized the KING part. The cinnamon Vanilla tasted burnt and watery. I also ordered toasted bagels and they are barely toasted and cold. I always have problems with the people who work the evening shift, they always mess up my order. The people who work weekend are great.
If you get off of work at 1am, this is the only place that's open to eat. The night time employees go above and beyond to help you. Remember to Tip, and please be courteous, there's only 2 people running the the place after midnightKid-friendliness: My special needs child was fresh out of the choldrens hospital at 1am. Oh My God. I think it's unfortunate that only the people with bad experiences write reviews. I think... Rather, I KNOW that this Dunkin' Donuts is AWESOME!! Fast friendly service every time I've been there. I go almost everyday of the week and if I didn't like it, I wouldn't go. Look, coffee is coffee and donuts are donuts, I go here for the service. The store is clean in a very untidy part of Elgin and that says a lot in itself. Love you Dunkin' Donuts, don't change a thing....read full review
