whoever the girl and guy in this location working around 5pm today were literally incompetent. we asked for a wake up wrap, a small coffee with caramel and 1 cream. 2 small churro lattes with OAT milk because both people were lactose intolerant. to begin with the guy taking our order was just completely uninterested in taking our order. what confuses me is he repeated it back to us as we ordered, then we get to the window and they had handed me one coffee with caramel and 3 cream, and two MEDIUM churro lattes with whole milk??? and then never gave me the wake up wrap. it took them a total of 10 min to remake the drink with oat milk and to give me the wrap. and made me pay for the wrap cuz it was never on our receipt. genuinely confused as to why management hasn’t done anything about their employees considering all these reviews are trash.

Do not go to this dunkin if you are in a rush or in general or if you plan on waiting in their drive through for 15-30 min worst service in the world I hope the manager is aware of this issue because if not they are a horrible manager. This dunkin should just rehire all new employees. I waited for 20 min in the drive through and gave up went inside to get my mobile order and nobody was working they was just standing there. One was on their their phone

This is the 2nd time we have gone to this Dunkin through their drive they and both times had horrible service, if any at all. The first time we waited in the drive they 25 minutes only to pull up to the speaker to order and they tell us their computer is down and they cant take anymore orders. Then today, we waited 35 minutes on the drive thru and when we pull up to the speaker to order they tell us they cant serve any food. So we order two coffees. When we pull up to the window (5 minutes later as the car in front of us was still waiting for their order) we waited more and then they told us it would be just another few minutes as they have to brew more coffee. We immediately said we wanted a refund, which they gave us in a gift card. We are not happy with that service and will never return to that dunkin donuts location-ever

Drive thur is very slow they take one order at a time finish that order, before they will help the next customer at the speaker.

Horrible service!! After waiting at the speaker for more than 5 minutes to order, I pulled up to the window only to be given attitude and eye rolls because they were “busy”. I was the only one in line. He could have said he’d be with me shortly or just acknowledge I was there instead of getting so annoyed that he had a customer. I ended up leaving without ordering anything.

I usually frequent this Dunkin in the very early hours of the morning on my way in to work, and at other early hours of the day when not going in to work. A few weeks ago the lines started wrapping around the building, almost immovable. At other times there would be a few cars, yet you would sit for 10 minutes. Most common, your order is either off or you sit at a broken order mic hearing nothing. Today was the catalyst. Same scenario as presented above, a few cars yet I sat after making my order. By the time I made it to the window in the drive through, the young aged teen didn’t look or say anything to me, only expecting me to tell him I was paying via Apple Pay. While this interaction occurred I could hear his side conversation with two other young aged teens about a relationship. The guy discussed breaking up with this girl, and all three proceeded to joke and look at their phones. After paying, I expected my coffee to follow. Instead the window closed and all three employees leaned on the counter, talking. At on point it seemed they realized I hadn’t received my coffee. The guy opened the window, no eye contact or form of communication, and stuck the coffee out the window. Robotic like, lack of attention and care in the world. I drove away and it dawned on me, the whole “from entering drive through to exiting” experience was wrong. I knew the coffee was wrong, and I was right! You don’t have to work at Dunkin to know the “large coffee, cream sugar” recipe, and it as lacking. I turned right back around, walked inside, gave some expletives on their laziness and how the line was around the building at this point, order was wrong, keep my money…..and you know what I got? “Have a good day sir.” I will be reporting this to corporate and my money can go elsewhere. I would avoid if I were you as well the normal A-shift has apparently left and all were left with is degenerates.

Drive thru service horrible. Coolata machine already shut down for the night. Out of hot chocolate. Finally ordered a large hot coffee. They tried to give me a medium. Coffee was warmish. Don't go here!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this DD location due to the drive-thru attendant’s disrespectful etiquette. Previously, the attendant rudely asked to go to the drive-thru intercom and state my name for my “order-ahead” beverage because it was too “confusing” to hand me the drink without that step (even though that is why I order ahead). Then today, the same attendant that worked the drive-thru (Dec, 13th at 6:54 a.m) rolled her eyes and said “this B****” as she handed me my drink, forgetting there is a clear divider open and present. I will no longer go to this DD or any for that matter and will take my business to Starbucks. At least I know I will be treated with great care.

service here is horrible. the workers are so rude and the costumer service sucks. waiting 10 minutes just to order when no one is in line. they always say they are out of foods and drinks when they have them they are just too lazy to make. manager needs to get workers in check and find new workers:))

service is terrible. everytime we come here they never address that we are standing there. they only attend to the drive through and are always extremely rude. if we don't say "we want to order" they will ignore the fact that we are standing there. They also always say they are out of food items when they aren't and are just lazy.

Came here for a coolatta. Told they were out of all their coolattas, so I left since that's all I wanted. I came back the next week, same thing. Told me they don't sell coolattas anymore. So I asked for my second choice, a refresher with lemonade, they told me they discontinued all the refreshers. Um... what? Refreshers are still kind of a new menu item, and both of these drinks are listed on their menu. What do you mean you don't have them, if they're listed on the menu. I can go to 3 other dunkin locations in my area and they have both of these drinks!! So I ordered food instead with no drink, when I got to the window, the people were short with me. I don't get it. Is it the location? Seriously needs new management.
