Do not go to this dunkin if you are in a rush or in general or if you plan on waiting in their drive through for 15-30 min worst service in the world I hope the manager is aware of this issue because if not they are a horrible manager. This dunkin should just rehire all new employees. I waited for 20 min in the drive through and gave up went inside to get my mobile order and nobody was working they was just standing there. This is the 2nd time we have gone to this Dunkin through their drive they and both times had horrible service, if any at all. The first time we waited in the drive they 25 minutes only to pull up to the speaker to order and they tell us their computer is down and they cant take anymore orders. Then today, we waited 35 minutes on the drive thru and when we pull up to the speaker to order they tell us they cant serve any food. So we order two coffees.
