“We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it”

“This past weekend a group ( 14 ) of us experienced a wonderful evening at Pazzi Di Pizza in Elmhurst. It was a fun get-together that was enhanced by great appetizers and varied, delicious pizzas. We also were served by some of the best and most courteous staff we have ever experienced. Marco, the Manager, who attentively scheduled our evening, came over, introduced himself, inquired about our needs, and then introduced us to Charlie, our evening's server. Charlie was exceptional!! It was our second time meeting at this venue, and I highly recommend a visit!”

“I've been coming to this place consistently for years and their dishes don't disappoint. It's what you expect from your local Chinese cuisine and I love it. They know how to make extra spicy, ACTUALLY spicy which is refreshing! I've also graduated to trying the Yu Xiang dishes and they are fantastic! I love their sauces and am never afraid to try something new due to their consistency. I'm not a fan of the egg rolls (too peanutty for me), but all the appetizers are great too.

Coco, the young lady who is typically at the front, is so nice. Since I've been coming so long it's nice to feel a familiar welcome when I come in.”

“First things first, the food was honestly okay. The steak skillet didn't have too much steak, was a bit chewy, but otherwise it filled myself up and had some good flavor. The pancakes were not that great, they were a bit spongy and didn't taste as good as I'd like but pretty standard for a breakfast place
Now, the service was a different story, honestly my server made me feel very comfortable, speedy delivery, no mistakes whatsoever, kind and sweet. I I would keep going here again and again just because I feel very welcome in this establishment.”

“I was looking for a quick treat for my daughter and I and happen to come across this place on Google. The location was very easy to find and there was tons of parking.

Once inside, the atmosphere was really cozy and brightly lit. The seating is very limited however, when we arrived it was relatively empty. I believe we arrived before the evening rush.

My daughter ordered the Pina colada smoothie with pineapple popping boba and I ordered the dragon fruit tea with lychee popping boba. We also ordered the Oreo mini pancakes which, to our surprise, came with Nutella. We waited maybe 5 minutes before the entire order was ready so we grabbed our vittles and took a seat. Both beverages were delicious and refreshing and the mini pancakes were amazing! Sweet fluffy crispy and creamy little clouds of heaven! We'll definitely be returning soon. The mini pancakes are calling to us already. Lol”

Exposed brick, chandeliers, and a plant wall surrounds you - a grateful reprieve from cookie cutter Starbucks decor. Coffee, matcha, and baked goods are top notch (haven't tried cocktails or charcuterie yet). A wonderful mix of professionals, college students, community organizers, and socially conscious suburban moms escaping the kids (I'm sure I'm missing wonderful others). Sometimes I'm not sure how I manage to keep living in the suburbs when the city is still home for me after 10 years in Elmhurst, but Brewpoint certainly makes it easier.”

I had the sampler with oatmeal pancakes and they were delicious!!! My other options included the chicken avocado crepe and Mediterranean omelette. The coffee was good, it came to the table in its own thermal to stay hot. I highly recommend!!”

“My friend and I stopped in at Firewater BBQ in Elmhurst on Thursday Dec. 1st for the "Granny's Lunch Box Special" which is available daily from 11AM-2PM. This was my second visit and my friend's first at Firewater. We both ordered the Angus beef brisket sandwich with a side of 3 cheese Mac & Cheese and a soda. The brisket (smoked for 22 hrs) is amazingly tender and flavorful. It was piled high on a toasted brioche bun and is served with your choice of sweet or spicy BBQ sauce or both if you like. The Mac & Cheese is sooo silky-smooth and creamy and compliments the brisket quite well. There are complimentary pickled jalapeños and sweet & spicy pickles available as well. My friend was so impressed by this amazing brisket that he placed another exact order to go to bring home. The cashier who also took our order was very friendly and polite. We told one of the chefs, Shawn, (pictured) that we really enjoyed the brisket and complimented his skills. My friend and I will both be returning to Firewater BBQ and we'll definitely be letting our family and friends know about this wonderful BBQ spot.”

“Pour Destino is such a cute place to go for some bites and drinks. The sangria I had was delicious, and any potato dish on the menu is a must! The 4 starts for food was only due to a special that was not to my preference, but the rest of the food was out standing. Our server, Alice, was also so personable and attentive! She made sure even though I didn’t like my dish that we were still happy and well taken care of! The wagyu was delicious as well.”

“We loved the ambiance of this Irish Pub! The Christmas decor and lights make it a wonderland! The band was great and the pub has so much charm!

This all made up for the 3 bartenders who were more worried about talking to their friends than waiting on customers. We waited 20 min, as did customers next to us, staff looked right at us and kept talking to their friends. A bartender with curly hair- she actually scowled at us for asking to place a drink order. Exception was one bartender who had very long straight dark brown hair: she was awesome and was doing all of the others work with a huge smile on her face! She was great! It was a busy night that the restaurant could have had higher cash flow if the others focused on drink orders. We'll be back though, really great place!”

“After driving past Elijah's in the mornings for the last few months I finally decided to stop in and give it a try (you should always try to support local). I ordered a large Black Coffee with a shot of espresso, I even mentioned to the guy making my coffee that it was my first time here and he was polite and said Welcome. (When was the last time you heard someone say welcome?) The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else and I asked If they made there Scones fresh and she said yes we bake daily. I bought a variety to bring to the gig for the crew this morning. My Coffee was made exactly the way I make it at home and the Scones were still warm and made me feel like I was on Arthur Avenue at Morrone's pastry in the Bronx waiting in line for them to come out of the oven fresh. I must give Elijah's Coffee 5 stars today and recommend it to everybody and I will now be a customer. Thank you for keeping that real original old school home town vibe in a Corporate jungle of garbage we are forced to deal with in this world today. Elijah's Specialty Coffee”

“Best Burger King I have ever been to. Went there 2 nights in a row as a family member was at the hospital down the street. First night Kymeesha greeted me and was very friendly. Got the classic whopper meal with onion rings instead of fries and everything was served hot and the lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and onions were extremely fresh! The dining room was very clean and there is a TV on with a local channel on so that was nice too. 2nd night went back because the staff was friendly and the food was so fresh I had to try it again. Glad I did because it was the same great experience. This night I was greeted by Brando who was very friendly as well and the food was just as fresh and excellent as the night before. Dining room was just as clean as the night before and I had another great experience. I would recommend anyone to come to this Burger King because the staff is super friendly, the service is fast and excellent, the food is hot and so fresh, and the dining room is very clean. Awesome place! Management , if you see this you need to acknowledge Kyneesha, Brando, and the rest of the staff for doing such an excellent job. Well done Kyneesha and Brando I appreciate you. 👍”

“After having a fire at our home in Wheaton, we found temporary housing in Elmhurst. We noticed this restaurant & decided to try it. Reviews on Yelp were good. Great service, food and atmosphere. We noticed many Hispanics there, indicating to us that it is an excellent restaurant. Loved the music that accompanied our meal. It took me back to my high school trip to Mexico in 1967. The owner, Oscar, made us feel welcome. I just wish they had “helado frito”. We had been to Cozymel’s and El Jimador restaurants in the past but both are gone now. This will be our new favorite Mexican restaurant. I highly recommend it.”
