Karina and Eduardo were kind, generous, and patient when I ordered. The food was top notch, and they made sure we felt welcomed in the restaurant. I highly recommend aloha poke as a staple if you live here. If you are passing through definitely stop by.Dietary restrictions: I’m diabetic and they have cauliflower rice which is something I can eat!

Couldn’t give it a lower score.Food made worst by the experience. First and last time there. I guess there’s another Poke place up the street to go to maybe they have better service thereWent there with friend to get food. The guy behind the counter (with the stay calm tattoo on his knuckles) was pretty chatty with guy ahead of us from Northwestern. But when it was our turn it was a totally different story.She said good evening to him twice because we thought he didn’t hear her at first but, apparently he was just ignoring her.when she started to order and ask questions he looked at her like she had done something to him and he was offended that we were there. He didn’t offer to help her to figure out the menu and he just stood there glaring like he was pissed.When we asked about the toppings if they were extra, he said those are the toppings and turned away.We almost walked out but, we already paid and she wanted to try it so we got our food tossed at us in a bag and left.In the end she didn’t finish the food and the experience was a buzzkill.

On Monday evening, about 7:00ish?, Waited 11 min and a line formed. No one was there, even though we called out Hello & Is anyone here. So I left.
After a long day of work and having to go across town to run errands, I definitely made the right choice going to this specific location. I love aloha poke and never have I had such a good experience in a new location, not just at aloha but anywhere in general. Karina was really polite and provided excellent customer service even while having to deal with other customers and having to go back and forth. I was very skeptical it being my first time at a new location, that too one so far, I definitely asked too many questions but she did really a good job keeping her patience and providing me with all the assurance I needed. Definitely one of my most pleasant experiences and I will definitely be coming back!

I have been visiting that place at least once a week lately, food is great and I never had a bad experience until today, memorial day, when their female server started yelling at me for no reason .... and she wouldn't shut up... very unpleasant experience. Not coming back... sad
