Sorry, really excited to come but we won't be back. Not worth it. We would have left if we hadn't already paid. Took over 45 minutes to get drinks and food out. Maybe don't offer food service if it's not possible to get out in time? But even the drinks took 25 minutes. And for context, no line in the store. I guess the lesson is that it's best to order ahead and come back in an hour?

Great music!! I definitely owe them a dollar or two ?! Plus a student discount so it’s wonderful to go.

The people are nice, but the food took forever, the smoothies were terrible, two of my kids' waffles were burnt and my third kid's breakfast never arrived. I asked for my money back, but they said they weren't able to do that! So bad that I'm requesting a chargeback on my credit card, which I have NEVER done before.

I recently visited a Berry pike cafe and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and soft lighting. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The menu offered a great variety of options, from delicious coffee drinks to tasty pastries and sandwiches. I tried their signature sandwich sunrise and classic smoothie it was absolutely delicious - the perfect balance of every flavor.Overall, I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy a good cup of coffee, sandwiches and some tasty treats. I will definitely be returning soon!

A cute spot that doesn’t meet expectations. We ordered 3 bagel sandwiches and were told it would take 5min. After 15min, we checked again and were told 5min again. Eventually, at minute 30, we checked again and were told they were “packing it up”. 5min later, the food still wasn’t ready. I requested a refund and was told that it was still being packed up, and the worker behind the counter rolled her eyes at me.Long story short - don’t come here. Not worth the wait or the customer service.

Very tasty food and pleasant, k casual ambience. My only criticism is that Belgian waffle was to had it was inedible, impossible to cut into pieces.

I'm a coffee snob and I can say Berry Pike Cafe coffee is one of the best coffees I've ever had. Ordered the double espresso cubanito and it was very delicious!

My friend and I decided to visit Berry Pike Cafe for a quick bite, and what an incredible experience it turned out to be! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance struck a perfect balance between cozy and chic, creating an inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The standout of the night was undoubtedly the bagel sandwich I ordered. It was delicious, with every ingredient tasting fresh and well-prepared. My friend echoed the sentiment with his choice, and we both agreed that the food here is something special. What truly set our experience apart was the service. It was outstanding in every sense of the word. The staff, especially the manager, displayed exceptional hospitality. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. As the evening progressed, we lost track of time, engrossed in conversation and the lovely setting. Despite the fact that we lingered almost until closing time, we never felt rushed or unwelcome. The manager was kind enough to let us stay without making us feel like we were imposing, which speaks volumes about the customer service here.Berry Pike Cafe is a gem of a place. It's not just the food or the decor, but the people who make it a memorable experience. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this cafe to friends and family for a delightful time!

Food is very fresh. I had the lox and bagel this time, very good. Their homemade liege waffles are also great and authentic. The staff are polite and great, too. The big downside. Drinks. They have a fountain soda machine that has "out of supply" signs on each flavor. They then have big sign at the cash register that says fountain drinks are $1.29. They suggest you get a can instead. I asked is it same price as fountain, they say yes. But then surprise. When ring me up, want to charge me almost double. I ask and they say oh that's the can price. I'd think this is a one time thing, but in reading other reviews here I see that this is constant. Their fountain machine has been "out of stock" for a very long time. So it feels like a classic bait and switch. Signs saying one price but steering you to secretly get charged more. Not cool imo.
