I called Hoosier mama and they did me a solid. They helped me deliver pies to my girlfriend’s family in northbrook from a phone order coming from Miami Beach. They did it for Xmas and I scored a touchdown with my gf. The pies were excellent and everyone was talking about the chocolate cream one. They really went the extra mile over the phone and I recommend this place to anyone.
I'm so particular about quiche and coffee specifically, and this place HIT. I got the manchego, ham, brie and butternut squash quiche and it was delightfuly peppery, savory and creamy (with a beautiful laminated crust!). For coffee, I got a cinnamon honey latte, with perfectly steamed milk (and art in a small mug?? Girl what?? That's crazy talent right there). What's not to love? Pie is great, sandwiches are great, coffee is great. The only problem is just how close I live to this location and how dangerous for both my bank account and waistline it is, hahaha. Seriously, this place is great.
