I ordered a pizza on 10/2023. It was supposed to arrive at 6:38. At 6:53, I called because it hadn't arrived: they said it was out for delivery and there was nothing they could do. At 7:03, I called and was they put me on hold for two minutes before I hung up. I have no pizza and it has taken twice as long as they projected. I called one final time and they called the driver who claimed to be five.minutes away. They offered me nothing for the 35+ minute late pizza that was supposed to take 30 mins. This place is worse than worthless. I'm vever ordering from here again and suggest that you don't either.

I got Chicken Parmesan and coke the other day and used my gift card to pay for it. I only had to pay about 30 something cents plus tips from my credit card. Today I found out that they charged me twice both from my gift card as well as my credit card. So I went to inquire. There was a lean middle-aged man (white) who responded. I explained to him that I was charged twice. I wasn't even angry or asking for a refund. All I wanted was a clarification of why that happened. He wasn't listening to me and kept talking to another person that was behind me. After explaining to him thrice he said "it's the app and he's not responsible for that. " what app? he wasn't even listening to what I was saying. He was really disrespectful. He is the same person who called me Augustine when I told him my name was August thrice. Worst pizza I've ever had. I swear the cardboard box would have tasted better than the actual pizza. My wife and I both wondered if they had forgotten the sauce. It was thin, flavorless, and an embarrassment to all pizzas everywhere. Frozen pizzas would have tasted better than this pizza. Save yourself and don't ever bother with this place. It's definitely not the Pizza Hut from my childhood.

Drove 20 mins here for lunch. No pizza. Doesn’t even look like the PHU system has been on in forever. Why claim Pizza Hut express if you aren’t serving Pizza Hut?

My husband loved Pizza Hut as a kid and was having nostalgia. On a random weekend we ordered from this location. We called in our order for a Detroit style sausage and mushroom and picked up our pizza in 15 minutes. We had no issues with our order and our pizza arrived to us hot and fresh. We never had Detroit style pizza but I guess this version adds sauce directly on top. I had no issues with it. I'm just not used to having pizza served this way. Living in the Chicagoland area, there's a ton of pizza places and the competition for the best pizza joint is fierce. Not exactly a go to but for chain pizza it's decent and affordable.

Delivery driver called from the car and wanted me to go meet at the car. (that is not delivery). When I called the restaurant the manager, Janet said that the drivers don't have to deliver to the door due to COVID. She was rude and hung up. I never did receive my order. Don't order from here it is a waste of time

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I had originally ordered for pizza to be delivered to My son and his friends. The pizza guy showed up almost 3 hours later after the pizza set in his car the manager showed up 10 minutes after he did with the fresh pizzas we asked for and they were all wrong. So she gave me a $30 credit and we are finally using it today just to show up to pick up our pizzas and they're completely wrong and when I said to her these or not the right pizzas, she goes I repeated to order and that's what she said, first of all I'm the one who placed the order so I know what I ordered, second of all we had a $30 credit she gave me three pizzas for $21. Not even completing what I ordered I would never order from this restaurant again.
