I love potbelly. The Sandwiches never lose quality never.But today that changed. I don’t think there washing the soda machine because my stomach is other upset after i have a drink there

From my experience, and the reviews of others, this is a location where you'll get the best service if you come in and order. I like to order via the app and there's always a little something off with my sandwich (i.e. I order extra onions and somehow get no onions at all). Otherwise, the sandwiches are good and my order is usually ready when I get there.

I love this potbelly so much! The staff are always so kind and helpful, and the food is delicious. The restaurant is clean and always has plenty of room. Also got a catering order from here once and the manager was so kind and helpful! Highly highly recommend this potbelly for a quick and tasty meal.

I'm autistic. How autistic, you ask? I tried to go into this Potbelly alone, having never been to the chain before. This is already scary and overwhelming. The staff were very busy with beginning of the day activities, but still took their time to help me figure out how to order. In the end I was so frazzled and confused I forgot to pay. The staff, presumably seeing my distressed state, didn't even call me on it.Once I realize I called in to pay over the phone. The gentleman was very kind, and it almost seemed like he wasn't going to ask me to pay until i insisted.(it was very obvious i was having a hard time in the store) I recognized this as the taller black gentleman that had helped show me to where the ordering station was. I wish I had thought to get his name because he deserves a raise for his kindness and empathy alone.Thank you all for being so kind to me. I was struggling my autism and really having a hard time speaking and comprehending. Yall helped me get food and get home and that means more than you'll know. Fast food is a thankless job and I hope you all get every blessing coming to you.

Food was great as usual but service was not. Middle age blond woman at cash register was very rude and impatient even though there was no line at the time, and the person adding condiments snatched my sandwich back from me for no reason. It’s very easy to be pleasant to be people…only the guy taking sandwich orders seemed to know that

**I’m changing my review below several months on because the vibe since I last went in has totally changed. I love their sandwiches and the service has really improved. Thanks, Potbelly!Wow, extremely rude customer service from the older man making sandwiches this afternoon. I walked out without a sandwich—no thank you. I am happy to take my business somewhere they need and appreciate it.
Food was pretty good. My whole order was very rushed and when it came time to pick toppings the guy behind the counter closed my sandwich before I was done picking out my toppings He then seemed upset when I asked for condiments on the side. I also got a vanilla milkshake it was horrible! I will never get a milkshake from here ever again On the other hand our cashier Vlad was very kind and patient with us.

So today i ordered the applewalnut chicken salad. I received my salad with no Grilled chicken on it. I called the store and qas told i could be refunded for the chicken only. Upon pushing the MANGER or that what he claimed to be when i asked to speak to the manager, said. I could be another salad if i come get it. I informed the guy that i was at work and couldn't leave. He continued to tell me that was my option. I pushed again that none of those worked for me. Finally he said that another salad would be delivered to me. When i asked how long ....He hung up on me..... we will see if it comes.

Ordered several sandwiches for my team to be delivered. Kept following the order in the app and five minutes after the 30 minutes of it supposed of been delivered by it still said was being prepped. Checked five minutes later the order had been cancelled. Someone from the restaurant called me saying that it had been delivered, but nobody knew where it was. So I ordered lunch elsewhere. An hour later I get a call from a very frantic delivery person saying they couldn't find the giant office building that I work in. Had to leave my coworkers multiple times to try and fix lunch. Had to call the restaurant later to confirm whether or not the order has been cancelled and a refund had been put on my work card. It had, but that was not made clear to me. What an absolute mess. Will never be ordering team lunches from here again, that's for sure.

I normally never leave reviews ever but it was my first time and I was looked down upon for not knowing how to order using potbelly terminology. I work in food service as well and I know it can get a little confusing if a customer doesn’t know what comes with a meal (for example) but it is the employees responsibility to help them and not make them feel d**** I would just suggest focusing a little more on customer service. The three stars are because the food made up for it.
