I didn't appreciate the worker telling me because I requested my sandwich to be cut in half I could not have a knife. I went to Jersey Mike and requested a knife with no problem. I will never go back to Jimmy John's.

I came here yesterday to pick up dinner, and due to the Evergreen Park Independence parade, it took me a while to get there. The staff weren't friendly, they didn't seem to know that my partner placed a sandwich for pickup, even though they just called like a minute prior to explain that I was getting re-routed. They started asking each other if they heard of the order, then one person said is it curbside pickup, another said to give them a minute. I ultimately found the order on my own sitting on a table by the door. It's my first time having an unwich, and the food itself is really delicious. The sandwich was very well put together, and I truly appreciate them being accommodating to my dietary needs. I'll come back, but I probably won't order for pickup again due to the disorganization and the sandwich sitting. When you have an unwich, and you're not there right away, the moisture from the lettuce can become soggy. Other than that, I didn't have any issues. They have limited free parking on premise, it's a strip and they share the parking with all the businesses there. There's no area sectioned off or signage for curbside pickup either. Definitely come and give them a chance, considering your food will be accurate and tastes delicious and fresh, but the service part is missing.

Placed an online order today. It wasn’t ready when I got there…. No biggie. I ordered three meals. I asked for a drink carrier, they don’t have any. Strike One. They placed all my food in one small bag. Smashed the chips and the sandwiches. No napkins were included. Strike two. Didn’t include the yellow mustard packets. Strike three. I addressed my concerns and the employee shrugged it off. Food costs too much for customer service to be forgotten.
