They seem to have cut down the smoothie menu, only 3 options now. I was disappointed they got rid of the peach blueberry one. Also why is the smoothie like tiny now? But more expensive? I'm afraid I've had it with Panera as a franchise.

Ordered food for delivery today, and my toasted sandwich (the bbq chicken) is not very toasted at all. I was already planning on tossing it in the oven when it got here due to delivery time (not their fault) but there’s zero color or crisp on my bread, and it’s quite disappointing. This place is going downhill. They have a few really good employees and a couple that ain't. They don't have enough employees either. Time and time again, they don't have all the ingredients to make your order, and they may not come out and tell you so you sit and wait till you walk up to say something. One time, they took my order off the board and didn't say anything and it was paid for. That's wrong.

I don’t usually write reviews but the service here was absolutely terrible. We ordered 2 bagels and 2 charged lemonades. Waited nearly 25 minutes for the very lousy workers to complete our order. We went at 3:30, the restaurant and drive through were nearly empty. Our drinks were warm no ice and one of the bagels were “out of stock” we could clearly see them in the baskets in the front. Absolutely do not recommend this location.

The food generally is good. However, don't online order through this place. For the last five times, they have screwed up on online order, short changing us on what we ordered. I don't understand how this happens and I am done with this place. If you eat here, order inside.

I ordered via the app and am a bit disappointed. I paid nearly $6 for a Greek yogurt and fruit cup only to be greeted with a 3" cup of what looks like yogurt and bits of old fruit floating in dish water. Photos attached for reference. Gross.
