We love Chipotle and this location is very convenient and well run. We come to this location regularly and love the drivethru pickup. Sometimes the bowls are a bit underfilled but we know this happens as different employees have different prep techniques. It averages out in the long run. We will continue to come here.
Management/owner: you should go over sanitary and or food prep safety with your employees. I came in, the man in the back is working over food, sneazing w/o covering his mouth or washing his hands. People handling containers that were touching their faces and the worst was a employee blowing/ cleaning her nose with gloves on in the kitchen area, not washing her hands after or even changing her gloves, just walked back to the line and served customers. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Melrose Park on North Ave, better stock with product - this one was out of mild sauce at dinner time ?,thisbone on Oak Park is a disaster very unorganized,dirty tables and condiment table and not so friendly staff the girl that's dressing the tacos was wiping the counter with her gloves and making food ?
