WON'T BE BACK

We love Chipotle and this location is very convenient and well run. We come to this location regularly and love the drivethru pickup. Sometimes the bowls are a bit underfilled but we know this happens as different employees have different prep techniques. It averages out in the long run. We will continue to come here.

I will never, ever go back to this Chipotle. The staff were more involved with their conversation than the customers. The space where they cut up the meat and put the cook food in the container to serve was dirty. The place where they fix your food was dirty and when I asked where the utensils were, I was to go around the corner. There were no napkins in the 3 napkins holders, there were no straws or utensils. If I could give no stars, I would have. Unsure what kind of management is going on here, but very unsanitary conditions, no management.

I’ve only come here on 2 occasions. Both have been 1 star worthy. Trash is overflowing, all tables are dirty. Even the food tastes off and bland. They are clearly overstaffed but they do not work, they socialize with eachother.

Homeless guy asking for change from everybody and a guy digging in the trash eating, Yet digress So I been very hooked on my double chicken burrito bowl lately.. mind you the server was moving Hella fast like he didn't wanna wait on anybody.. but after I order I get home my rice isn't even fully cook very unhappy this is my 2nd visit where there is an issue!!!! 1st time the chips weren't bagged and Tabasco smokey sauce wasn't available!! Also my uncooked rice is at the bottom

This is the best chipotle in the area. Don't bother with the one on Lake Street, this location is way more efficient.
Management/owner: you should go over sanitary and or food prep safety with your employees. I came in, the man in the back is working over food, sneazing w/o covering his mouth or washing his hands. People handling containers that were touching their faces and the worst was a employee blowing/ cleaning her nose with gloves on in the kitchen area, not washing her hands after or even changing her gloves, just walked back to the line and served customers. My experience here was so terrible I will never come back, someone is going to get sick, honestly I should of just walked out even tho my food was already packed.

This is another great place to eat Spanish people foods,I prefer the bowl ?? with the beans and rice and meat or should I say the burrito bowl.Another mm-mm-good ?? place to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: They need work in this area, it's harder for a wheelchair to fit through those doors....

Finally someone came to window to ask my name and handed me a bag that had been make at lest 30 minutes ago. The worker was rude and also the rice wasn't done in my bowl. Very

This place was great at opening & within a month or so all service & quality declined. They are constantly out of guac and chips, rice is always extremely salty ands beans are always undercooked & hard. Place is dirty and not attended too, employees are young and could care less about the service they provide. Definetly stay away. This place is in desperate need of better management..
