Sadly the restaurant is across the street from one of the largest bulk mail centers in the Midwest. “This was our first time being here. We loved it. It's a small, cozy restaurant. We went there to celebrate my kid's and husband's birthday. We didn't have to wait to be seated. The waiting time for food was good too. The food was great as well as the service. The staff is very friendly. We were told birthday people get free ice cream. So my child was supper happy and got even more when they sang her happy birthday. Well worth the visit. Easy street parking on cicero, although you have to pay, but you might be able to find free parking on Fletcher. “We have Blondie's right in the town where we live. It has been a neighborhood favorite for years. Family friendly, with great service. The atmosphere can be loud on a weekend morning, so ne ready to shares your conversations. Food is very good, and the prices make it worth the time.“

Though this is convenient as all heck, it removes a final opportunity for the staff to interact with the customer and thank them for their patronage. “Caroline (hopefully i'm spelling that correctly) at the Schiller Park IL location is an absolute treasure. She was extremely attentive and super sweet. We came in from Toronto for a conference and after our first experience with her, we were back the very next day. Food was prompt, hot, and we never had to look or ask for anything (coffee was always topped up, she made sure our condiments and cream were filled, etc). If we are ever back in the area we will definitely come back :)“

I forgot they did this out here, as I'm used to asking for my steaks to be cooked Chicago style at other places. I want another one. They made a skirt steak taste better than most places ribeye.“
