“We happened to find this gem of a local bar just through pure luck. The owners of the bar are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The place was clean and well run with a fantastic use of space. There is a long triangle bar with a lot of TVs, good selection of drinks and there is a larger area to play video slots and darts. There isn't food served but they let you order delivery or carry out and eat there. We will be back to this fantastic place. It's a little harder to locate with a door that isn't highlighted as an entry but it's very conveniently located.“
“Great deals and great brews are on the grill at Hello Folks. Be sure to don your VR gear and locate the hrósa hot spots for an out of this world gaming experience. And here at Hello Folks they offer something called "lof" Ice. "lof" Ice is imported from Iceland and goes great in any soda pop or cocktail. Patrons often order just the ice just to gaze deeply into the cubes to witness anthropomorphic apparitions of praise and tribute for our Veterans. Be sure to try the "Bang Burger" for just a buck your sure to get lucky on a Tuesday night disguised as a horny swan.“
“Happened to be in Antioch with my daughter and stopped in The Lodge for a late lunch. I had one of the best, if not the best chicken wrap with fries. It was wrapped, then heated on the outside, delicious. My daughter had a grilled cheese with tomato with onion rings, she loved it. We were too full to eat desert, but we took a piece of homemade tiramiso with. It was a slice of heaven. Great service and wonderful food“
“Been going to bricks for years, love the atmosphere, the food & the staff!!My husband and I very much enjoy going to get dinner here. All of the burgers are delicious, would also recommend the wraps!! Definitely worth making a stop to check it out!Only downfall is that their hours are weird! Sometimes I’m craving a good burger from them and they’re closed. Regardless, out of the local restaurants in spring grove - bricks and ivy tops them!“
“Went here for the first time a few weeks ago the staff and owner were super friendly and welcoming. I decided to go back to eat a few days later with my family all the food was great and we are quite picky!! This will definitely be one of our new go tos whether it be for lunch/dinner or just a quick beer. Very happy we tried it out!Kid-friendliness: Was nice to be able to bring my kids in on a Sunday for lunch and not feel like we were out of place. Kids were happy with the food as well !“
“First time here. Not much to look at on the outside, but nice casual atmosphere and good food inside, plus a great view of the lake.Shared corned beef egg rolls and pretzel bites. Our main courses were blt wrap, Reuben, and cheeseburger. All really good. See pictures. Finally, servers were very friendly. Will go back again.“
“Love me some Sandlots! I come for the Gumbo, honestly, but I've had a few other things on their menu, and have not been disappointed. I love that they offer a 'Southern' menu, and the corn beef dinner for St Patty's Day is the best in the area, hands down. I have very few critiques about Sandlots (I wish their tartar sauce for the fish fry wasn't sweet)- I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a low key bar/restaurant in the area that serves great food!“
“We love Steve's! Steve and Rita are the best, and so is the bartender Liz! It's one of our favorite places to hang out and play some darts. The backyard in the summer is beautiful, your surrounded by flowers, with a beautiful wooden swing and volleyball court. Definitely should check it out.“
“Ordered for my daughters end of year softball party. Everyone absolutely loved all of it!! We ordered chicken, barbacoa, and steak tacos with tamales. My husband, who LOVES tamales, asked why we didn't order more for just us and the girls and their siblings gobbled all of the tacos up. Every parent asked for contact information. Highly recommend. Hoping to order more in December!!“
