“For a bar in Fox Lake this place is pretty good. It's got plenty of beer and liquor, along with some basic food to go along with it. Lynn Catherine's is hilariously described as a deli: that's funny stuff. Come here to play some slots and hang. The prices are pretty good, but you wouldn't expect to pay much at a place such as this. After visiting the lake we came here. It's one of the many bars in town, located in the middle of downtown close to a few others. This place doesn't look like much, but has a good amount of indoor seating and there's a patio. Drinks are cheap. It's about $4 for a basic cocktail like whiskey and whatever. Even though the food isn't impressive, it's not like it's bad. It's about $7 for shareables such as the Pretzel Bites. These were a little burnt, but not that bad to be honest. Good place for cheap drinks and food. It's popular with locals but it's a good place for anyone to stop into. There's also events like live music and whatever.“

“After spending almost all day in Volo museum we wanted to have a nice dinner and this place was just 6 min away..I wish I took some picture of the food but I was starving.. the prime rib was a good portion. It was delicious..I ordered chicken Marsala and had a Chardonnay with it and all in all the experience was amazing. Perfect seasoning, healthy chicken, and so much more affordable than the big chains. They are so good I had to order 3 dozen to go. “The bartender was very nice and accommodating and the place has a friendly atmosphere but definitely needs more light in there and could use a bit updating. I got takeout and the food was amazing even after getting a bit cold cause I got stuck in traffic lol (Not their fault at all as It was warm when I got it). I would definitely get food there again (but dine in) as everything was really good and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.“

“Happened to be in Antioch with my daughter and stopped in The Lodge for a late lunch. I had one of the best, if not the best chicken wrap with fries. It was wrapped, then heated on the outside, delicious. My daughter had a grilled cheese with tomato with onion rings, she loved it. We were too full to eat desert, but we took a piece of homemade tiramiso with. It was a slice of heaven. Great service and wonderful food“

I decided to go back to eat a few days later with my family all the food was great and we are quite picky!! This will definitely be one of our new go tos whether it be for lunch/dinner or just a quick beer. “Went in there on a Thursday maybe around 2 with a buddy to grab a late lunch got two burger w/fries and 3 beers was not expecting one of the best burgers I ever tasted to come from here I'm guessing they get the beef fresh from a farmer down the road but idk it was superb one of those burgers u eat and think about for the next few days nothing special on it nothing fancy just your basic burger toppings the atmosphere is okay not the friendliest customers but they are just probably sick of people coming in from out of town and disrespecting there hang out spot it was rite after memorial day so I don't blame em the service was very good food arrived not long after ordering and everything was super fresh the lady behind the counter was a sweetheart very nice professional and friendly they have a cool smoking area in the back video poker and a electronic juke box I didn't stay long because I was on work break but wish I could. “First time here. Not much to look at on the outside, but nice casual atmosphere and good food inside, plus a great view of the lake.Shared corned beef egg rolls and pretzel bites. Very sparse parking so we asked where to park and immediately the female bartender came outside and pointed to a few locations.
