We went through the drive thru. Drinks all around. Some kind of loaf that was like a cinnamon roll for dad. The order was correct, and that was the most important part.

I have never been appalled by Starbucks workers until I placed a mobile order here today. I was the only one waiting at 445pm. 15 mins for two drinks in a mobile order. Forget the wait. The two blonde young girls were laughing at an elderly man in the drive through and huffing and puffing about the order that came thru on mobile which was presumably mine. An iced americano and a frap. The girls were Laughing and going back n forth to the back room and making jokes while muting their headsets. This mobile order location is always an absurd wait but today I think the issue was the staff working.

The wait times here are horrible.

Continues to be the worst Starbucks. I have given them so many chances. Wait time is 20 minutes bare MINIMUM even if there’s only 4 cars ahead of you. They don’t work with any sense of urgency. I saw my drinks ready 5 minutes before they walked over to hand them off. I don’t know how they have any regulars.

My only issue with this specific location is its lack of timeliness. You'll never leave on time, they are always understaffed and never moving quick enough. Estimated time on the app will say 7-10 min but always give it an extra 5 mins. You'll be there waiting on food forever.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was there at 7:30 am today (08/26/23) inside and the way the female manager spoke to the other employees was absolutely disgusting. She was very condescending and rude to not only the other employees but also myself when I asked for an item that was missing from my order.

Ordered a FROZEN refresher in the drive thru today and this is what i was handed immediately after waiting for about 15 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. Poor service and awful quality. It’s not even frozen! At that point just add ice or if your wait times are so long, don’t blend a frozen drink until the customer is at the window!

I have to say the customer service at this Frankfort IL store is a disappointment. There seems to be no Teamwork. Attitude spills across the counter. I got service inside the store today mid day. Ordered ground coffee and a drink to go. The girl who waited on me maybe just didn't like the way I looked, made no eye contact, didn't write my name down or ask me for it. No worries. But after a few minutes, I had to ask the baristas 'do you have my order for a dopio con pana'?And why am I felt to be an imposition to ask anything of the staff? Very weird.I would not recommend this store at all. It's like snobby attitude, or age discrimination, or race discrimination or 'I don't like my job' rules the customer experience. Really sort of a "highway travel gas station", kind of experience where no one knows your name, and don't they don't intend to ever figure it out. Not inviting, nor an inviting feeling to bring me back. I absolutely love Starbucks espresso and buy it regularly. This store is closest to my work, but there are many Starbucks around. Oh well.
