“The food is always good. The service left a lot to be desired. Our drinks took forever. Our server had to be flagged down to order more drinks. She never came and checked on us, never updated us on why our food was taking so long, only asked how everything was after we had finished eating. Somg of the food was luke warm, some was hot. Our meal took over two hours to complete. The food was good but the service has to get better.”

Our service was absolutely wonderful and she was very attentive and friendly and provided the best service I’ve ever had in the Freeport area! Our waitress’s name was Cristal and I felt I had to leave a review because she was absolutely wonderful and had a great personality and was super friendly, not to mention our drinks were kept full and she came and checked on us attentively, The food tasted great and we were very pleased with our experience, we will be coming back to enjoy the great food and even better service, and hope to get the same exceptional service and waitress on our next visit. “Every time I go to Big Apple I am greeted with a welcoming smile and an inviting atmosphere. The service is great. I am a coffee drinker, they do not generally keep my cup empty. But not the hovering type of waitress. It's hard to find that kind of service anymore. The food is awesome! In the past 8 years I have never had to have my order redone. “It's amazing truly; If you have never had boba you can always try the fruit flavored pearls or to your preference you can have none. There are coffee options, tea options,. fruit options, sugar free options and you can mix and match anything. You can tell them how strong you like your coffee or matcha and they base it from there. He works very hard every time we go in and everything is worth the wait. I haven't heard a single complaint about anything. There are also small snacks options like croissant sandwiches with fruit on the side as well as a pack of cookies, muffins, macrons or sometimes other types of coffee dunkers and chips. There are also more hand held drinks if you need something like chocolate milk to slip in a bottle for someone younger. The lids they use are very sturdy and I've never had any cup break on me. The store is full of personality and there's even a few things to do while waiting, yes even if you have kids. They have some sort of reward points system as well which is always great when you have kids/ teenagers that would like to frequent things like that. Don't go to Dunkin or Starbucks ever again because it won't taste the same.”

“We were honored to have our wedding reception here. I just have to say the pavilion was absolutely beautiful and perfect. Ed and Charlotte keep this place beautiful and well kept. Such a great atmosphere. The cost is very reasonable, tables and chairs were provided and they were so very kind to assist our family and friends who needed assistance with wheelchairs. “The food is delicious 😋 bar grilled food is one of my favorite. The atmosphere is always on point, along with the music that's being played. The service is awesome 🥰 Shawna is my favorite, but Jennifer does her thang also. If you ever pass through here, you must stop in.

“Online ordering is good. Menu selection is quite varied and have always been happy with my selection. Staff is very friendly.

Parking: Usually plenty of parking unless there is a special event going on even then you can usually find somewhere to park.”

“Menu is extensive. As anticipated, kids menu has fair reasonable priced smaller portions. I won't order the kids chicken again. It's a lower quality of formed chicken you'd expect. If we want good chicken just order the larger adult portions. Those don't look like pressed sponges.
My daughter now loves horchata. Fast friendly fair service.

It was nice to try a couple locally made beers, shoot pool, and have some waffle fries, which were cooked well. Bar and bathrooms were very clean and the bartender was attentive.”

“Great food unfortunately the person answering phones for takeout or delivery makes it nearly impossible to get what you want. I have special needs. I usually pay over phone plus tip, have delivery ring bell and leave order. It takes me awhile to get to door. The person taking orders today wants to fight about it lol. I've moved on to a more compassionate restaurant!”

“Starbucks Freeport offers plenty of seating as well as plenty of open space if you're coming in for mobile orders or order in store.

Ordered few drinks and asked for less ice, they put a lot on one drink. Ordered Non-Dairy cream cold brew, but it tasted more watery than coffee.

Staff are friendly. Drive thru can be long since it wraps around a large building.
