This place is okay. So far my food has been correct and good. This place is definitely not freaky fast though. I order online and it’s never quick. I’ve frequented many Jimmy Johns, both in state and out of state, and this location is definitely the slowest I’ve ever encountered. The staff also isn’t really friendly but I’ve come to realize that other fast food spots in Freeport have those kind of staff these days (looking at you Taco Bell).

So extremely disgusting I found a HAIR in my sandwich and they STILL charged me for the sandwich and I wanted a refund and didn’t even want the sandwich after that but the lady was sooooo rude I just said forget it. I will definitely NOT recommend to anybody. I would rather drive to ROCKFORD if they can’t even give me a clean sandwich and good customer service. I guess I have to give it one star so my review can be posted

I go to Jimmy John's because I like the product. Freeport is my hometown and I understand there's some small town comradery between folks in the service business. I got to the store today to pick up my online order, (which I saw by the cash register), and waited for the person in front of me to finish their order. In walked a regular known by name, and the folks behind the counter exchanged pleasantries with him. The lady in front of me finished ordering and waived me in. Without even looking at me the cashier asked if the guy that walked in behind me was having his regular and what options he wanted. I had been there waiting for at least 3 minutes without recognition. The regular guy placed his order, paid, and THEN the cashier asked what I wanted. Gave me my online order which was the order I saw at the register and without a smile or thank you gave me a cup for a drink. No thank you, no have a nice day, nothing.I like Jimmy John's product, but Freeport Store, you have to try harder. Until Jimmy John's is by appointment only, it's first come, first serve.Please improve your customer service and I promise you, you will sell more sandwiches.

Once again, they made the sandwich WRONG AGAIN!!!!!! Went back to get the correct sandwich and the girl with the nose ring was the rudest girl ever!!!!! She actually slammed the window shut as I was trying to explain what I needed. Never ever going to Jimmy John's in Freeport again!!!!!!

Ordered a side salad with my lunch, and there was no fork in the bag when I pulled over to eat. Drove through again and was informed there is no salt or pepper at JJ ? - pasta pesto salad was a bit blend, new Italian wrap was good.

Went through drive through to order lunch and sat there for about 3-5 minutes. Ordered my food and the lady said back my order. It was wrong so I corrected her with what I actually wanted and she said to me well next time tell me that first. My husband looked at me and said wow that was rude. Got to the window and didn’t say anything to me. Didn’t even have the decency to say anything back when I said thank you. Worst customer service I have had in awhile. Will not be back to this location.

Had a little time between service calls and figured I’d get a quick sub, boy was I wrong. I was the only one in line and waited 15 minutes at the drive thru. I ordered a combo and since I don’t drink soda I asked for a water. They handed me a cup of water. I asked for bottles and they said that would cost more. I asked, “water costs more than soda?” She replied, “yep.” Terrible experience. Next time I’ll just go to Subway.

They’re food is usually good but where you order online it actually doesn’t update delivery time and one time they gave me my order with painter’s tape on the sandwich and a Culver’s straw but no drink. I’d recommend you just walk

Great Sandwich's and usually very good service but the staff on this particular day seemed overwhelmed & unorganized. Waited 15 minutes inside the store for an online order that was already prepared and ready to go, but the employees just didn't notice and some of my order was missing the chips I ordered - not the end of the world - but just annoying is all.
