We enjoyed it so much that we went twice in one week.The staff is amazingly friendly and kind, and we love watching them prep and make pizzas.The menu is full of great options, and there is always a daily special written on the wall. Speaking of walls, it is a chalkboard masterpiece! We spent our waiting time listening to music from the record player while drawing randomly on the walls with chalk. So cool!We've had garlic bread and and various pizzas. The crust is a perfect balance of crisp and fluff, and the flavors are so fulfilling. Drinks are mostly served in cans or bottles, and there is a water dispenser for easy free refills in the dining area.Vegetarian options: Their pizzas are fabulous, and I love the variety of meat-free options. The spinach and artichoke pizza (add Kalamata olives) is my fave!Parking: There is some street parking available, but this is a busy section of shops. I recommend going a block west or south and using the free parking lots available. You cam also park along Main Street and walk a block.Kid-friendliness: From flexible menu options to chalkboard walls, this is a fun and family-friendly space!Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is a single level right off of the sidewalk with one doorway. The dining area is spacious with various chair-height table options. Bathrooms are also spacious.

I visit Galesburg one a month for work. My last stop recommended Baked for pizza. I have had three different menu items over two visits and wow. I truly love pizza in every shape and size. Their pizza is wonderful. Rich sauce great ingredients and signature pies. My first Visit was an off menu Red pie, fantastic stuff.
Move to New York 7 years ago there is no New York pizza that compares to baked... I love their unique

Went to Galesburg specifically to get Baked! No, not that kind of baked, Baked pizza. I have read great things about this spot and I have to say it was darn good pie.Nestled in the downtown area of Galesburg this little pizzeria had a mellow atmosphere. We were greeted with a smile and a great description of the food and what was the specialty. Also what folks seemed to like the most. I really liked the decor. Simple and quirky. The walls were covered in chalk graffiti that patrons were encouraged to draw on while they waited for their food. The tables I loved, old school 50s era aluminum and acrylic. My grandparents had one of these so the nostalgia was cool. All the chairs were mismatched. Aside from that it was pretty basic.....except for the food.We had a white sausage pie which was without red sauce. Instead it had olive oil and herbs. In fact all our pies were like that. Definitely something new for us, but a present surprise. Loaded with sausage and cheese, this was my 3rd favorite but really tasty.We also tried the goat cheese pizza. A cheese pizza with plenty of goat cheese and cilantro. Paired with the same hand tossed crust with oil and herbs. This was a creamy goat cheese delight. The cilantro gave it just a hint of something different. Man this was good. My second fav pie.The 3rd pie we had was my absolute fav. The spinach and artichoke pizza. Covers with loads of artichokes, mozzarella and finished again with that oil and herb hitter this was great. The artichokes gave it a nice tang that was offset with the salty smoothness of the cheese oil and herbs. I could down a whole pie of this delight. Top notch for sure.The garlic bread was a nice opener that was a flatbread oiled, hit with hose herbs and paired with the red sauce. A solid opening act where I really enjoyed the sauce. Perfectly seasoned and very smooth. Next time I get that sauce on a pie. I don't think you can go wrong.Overall this was a very cool place, great and helpful service and most of all very solid food. We will be back and do yourself a favor......go get "Baked" (pizza) in Galesburg. ?

We've been here before when our son was at Knox but it's been a decade. We returned for the delicious pizza we remembered and it didn't disappoint! Baked has expanded since we were here last (good for them!) and it's a comfortable pizza place, with lots of choices for pizza, drinks and music! If you're in Galesburg, come for pizza!
