Brilliant! This is exactly the kind of dining experience our family has been seeking. We enjoyed it so much that we went twice in one week.The staff is amazingly friendly and kind, and we love watching them prep and make pizzas.The menu is full of great options, and there is always a daily special written on the wall. Speaking of walls, it is a chalkboard masterpiece! We spent our waiting time listening to music from the record player while drawing randomly on the walls with chalk....read full review

I visit Galesburg one a month for work. My last stop recommended Baked for pizza. I have had three different menu items over two visits and wow. I truly love pizza in every shape and size. Their pizza is wonderful. Rich sauce great ingredients and signature pies. My first Visit was an off menu Red pie, fantastic stuff.

The owners and staff have nailed it! Everything about this place is fantastic!Thank you SO very much, Baked!Vegetarian options: We had wonderful vegetarian pizza, salad, and the warm OLIVES AND ALOMNDS!
