Everytime we go here the service is incredible. The gentleman behind the bar tonight was great. I feel like everytime we have dealt with the guy who I think is the manager it is amazing service. Thank you!

Ordered here a few times for online pick up. Every time I get my food, it is ice cold because they just let it sit on a freezing cold shelf next to a door. The boneless wings I got were like chicken jerky, dry and inedible. Barely sauced. Will never order from here again.

As a family of 5, we arrived to eat 01/20/24 around 5:00pm. We waited 5+ minutes to wait for a host to come out and seat us. We were seated and waited about 20-30 minutes and no one ever came to greet us or take our food order. There were only 3 servers on the floor and they were taking orders for the people who were seated after us. The location is small and the parking is horrible. When we left, there wasn’t even anyone available to complain to or catch their attention. We are heading somewhere else to eat and will not come back here.

The food is excellent, but the wait staff is what makes the experience at this location great. They were friendly, welcoming, and were quick to refill our drinks when they got empty.

You normally can't go wrong with BWW. The service was amazing. The nachos flat out sucked. Most of the tray was full of the bits of chips you find at the bottom of the bag. It was disappointing, to say the least. The cheese wasn't melted, and the brisket was refrigerator cold. The wings were good and the beverages were cold, so that was great. But the nachos.... oh, the terrible nachos. They need to hire an NQCC (Nacho Quality Control Coordinator), if they had an NQCC, this would have never happened.

The food is standard bar fare but the service is so, so bad. They frequently neglect to get our order right, are exceptionally late with getting the food ready (taking up to an hour) and don’t bother to try to make it right. The staff themselves are friendly and apologetic but we’ve stopped going to this location. Not sure what’s up, but something needs fine tuning there.

We went into the bar area as we normally do to get something to eat and a drink or two. After being there for about 45 minutes 3 young men came into the bar area that's walled off from the restaurant area. I guess I always thought it was to keep the bar area form the restaurant area and so adults could have an area away from the family area. The young men that sat down were about 14-15 years old. I asked the waitress if they could be in that area, They were on their cell phones and another reason we go into that section of the restaurant is to get away from the kids. Well, I was surprised when I was told that it was fine if they were there not accompanied by an adult as long as they were not sitting at the bar. When they sat down there were two glasses of beer at the table they sat at.I'm pretty sure that isn't ok.I won't be back again due to the fact that when I go into a bar I like to be away from the kids and their noise and cell phones. I'm not a snob. I just know what I like.
