“I heard about this food truck that had excellent Ceviche so I had to come see for myself. They ate located on the west side of Aurora off of Prairie in the parking lot of Stoney's Tavern. We ordered there but recommend pre ordering and picking up because it takes about 20 minutes to get your order. They give you a pager to take to your car and it buzzes when your order is ready. We didn't mind the wait it was a nice day. They were very nice. They gave us a menu and explained everything. We ordered the Shrimp Ceviche, Mariscade and the Jaivita Tacos. I thought there prices were a bit high but when you see how big the meals are then you understand why. Their Ceviche feeds about 4 to 5 people. Recommend asking for a few extra tostadas. Everything we tried was great I would also recommend the Spicy Ceviche. We ordered plain and I wish we would have gotten Spicy.“
“Very good. I’ve been to several carnitas places and this is one of the best. Wish they were open more than 2 days a week. Got 2lbs, comes with tortillas and salsa. Meat was not greasy, it was moist and had good flavor. Definitely would go “

“Last minute order (two days) didn't fluster Dave. Five pounds of pulled pork goes a long way. He provides about 30 slider rolls. We added a pack of Hawaiian sliders - and STILL have leftovers! Great Mac n cheese. Good slaw (more dressing, please) Pickup point isn't much to write about, but friendly? Clean? All good. Thanks, Dave, grammaleen loved it!“
