Food was good but I’m disappointed in the drop in food quality over the last few years. This is a consistent problem across multiple Paneras. Service was excellent, but many tables were dirty.

Awful‼️ Sandwich was ridiculously lacking ingredients. Bag of chips missing! Not to mention salad was sparse and small end piece of stale bread all for $15.97‼️

Waiting for a Pepsi in drive thru lane for approximately 10 minutes. Person in front got their meal but proceeded to sit in car. Finally I get to window and one person was sipping her drink and other one taking orders I presume. Finally person comes to window with a large order (must’ve been for person behind). Very disappointed in this whole waiting process . Food had to be made and I have to wait for person ordering food when all I want is a drink! Really thinking about canceling my subscription for a day drink!!!!Parking: Nothing

Went here a few years ago and ordered a large Mac and cheese and got a full bowl and it was great. Now in January 2024 I ordered the same thing and got the same size bowl but filled about 40% of the way. For an $11 Mac and cheese the least they could do is fill it the whole

Got their creamy tomato soup with bread and their cinnamon crunch latte. Their tomato soup has been one of my favorites for years, so as usual, it was delicious. The latte was very good. It wasn't too sweet, which I liked because normally those kinds of lattes are overly sweet. Overall, this location is awesome.

I felt compelled to write a review after seeing all these negative reviews…. been there dozens of times and have never had any issues, iPad ordering is perfect, food is always fresh, and yeah tables may be a little dirty, but nothing out of the ordinary for a restaurant…

I can't believe how manager treat customer like this now. You don't do me a favor I pay for my food. Manager needs to know what to say or make customer order right. I order 4 breakfast sandwiches make 4 times mistakes
