Food was good but I’m disappointed in the drop in food quality over the last few years. This is a consistent problem across multiple Paneras. Service was excellent, but many tables were dirty.
Waiting for a Pepsi in drive thru lane for approximately 10 minutes. Person in front got their meal but proceeded to sit in car. Finally I get to window and one person was sipping her drink and other one taking orders I presume. Finally person comes to window with a large order (must’ve been for person behind). Very disappointed in this whole waiting process . Food had to be made and I have to wait for person ordering food when all I want is a drink! Really thinking about...read full review
