Great atmosphere, like a neighborhood coffeehouse set in an old building with classic wood interior. Doesn't have that sterile corporate look. With no drive-up window, staff can focus its good service on customers inside.

Had a question about some of their reserve coffee beans and they went downstairs to check their stock. They came back with what I was looking for with a big smile. Great customer service! Parking is tricky as it is off a busy street but there were spots once turning down a side street.

Cashier seemed irritated I exercised my right to a free refill. Original drink was a venti and she rang it up as a grande. Stopped in there to get my daughter movie Hot mocha Carmel however they gave us an iced. They did remake the order and give us the other one cuz she said she was just going to throw it away so we took it. However the service was just horrible. It was not very busy and the barista seem that they have more important things to do on a Tuesday afternoon around 430 pm

My husband went in my place and explained why he was there. Sam remembered me and my order and made a fresh drink for me! Thank you so much for making my day!!
