Had a question about some of their reserve coffee beans and they went downstairs to check their stock. They came back with what I was looking for with a big smile. Great customer service! Parking is tricky as it is off a busy street but there were spots once turning down a side street.
Cashier seemed irritated I exercised my right to a free refill. Original drink was a venti and she rang it up as a grande. Great atmosphere, like a neighborhood coffeehouse set in an old building with classic wood interior. Doesn't have that sterile corporate look. With no drive-up window, staff can focus its good service on customers inside.
