This place is small and cozy and has a very welcoming vibe! Drinks are great and food was delicious. Went with a few friends and tried 4 different tacos and just shared - they were amazing! Sides are ordered separately so we had some rice and esquite and they both tasted very fresh. It’s not a fully authentic Mexican restaurant but very close for Glen Ellyn. Prices were also a bit high for what was provided IMO.Service was nice but we did feel a little rushed at the end when the waitress picked up our tabs after we signed. Not a huge deal tho we were getting ready to leave!I’d recommend getting there early to find parking because on a Friday night it was packed!Overall - great cozy spot for a friends night out or even a date night!

I used to love you, but you changed. Your refried beans and chips used to be great, fried at your location, but now they come from a bag with the beans coming from a can. The seasonings used to be custom blends, but are now mostly salt-and again, I suspect are delivered by GFS or Sysco or some other mass-produced, super-processed source. Bring back the old A Toda! I know you have a lot of renovations to pay for, but until your food is better, I will not return!

I called on the phone to make an order and was Told that they only take orders online. The person on the phone then got very rude with me when I explained to them that I couldn’t do that because I was driving. I would not spend another red scent at this place. I love their food it definitely is amazing but the service absolutely sucks.

A group of 3 of us ventured to A Toda Madre for Friday Social Hour! This is the third Bien Trucha location I have been to and by far my favorite interior. Is has a fun coastal vibe and is a medium size compared to St Charles and Naperville. I recommend making a reservation for a weekend evening as the restaurant fills up quickly. We started with the trio of dips (traditional guac, sweet corn, and seasonal guac). It had a bit more jalapeños than what I'm used to but delicious. I got the traditional margarita and a full order of the Aguacate tacos (fried avocado, pico, pineapple, chipotle aioli). The margarita is one of my favorites in the burbs and the Aguacate taco is the underdog of veggie tacos; the perfect balance of bright, spice, and fresh.

The items they listed as vegetarian is not vegetarian. They cook all the items in the same deepfryer and grill as meat . Even the chips are deep fried with chicken and fish. If you have allergies or food restrictions please be careful. The waitress did not seem to understand why cross contamination could be harmful.

Very nice place, though the tables are a little too close together for my liking. The service was good and all the food we has, four different tacos, was excellent. The drinks are on the small side, margarita and sangria, but they were quite good. Would definitely come

Food is mid at most, overpriced tacos, service is terrible, everything felt rushed, food arrived cold and late. Super loud to the point you can’t even enjoy your meal.

Came in today with the family and plan on coming back soon. I highly suggest both the salsa and guac trios (we especially liked their hot and medium (smoky)) as well as their Bien Trucha and Pastor tacos. Their cheese quesadilla was great too and our daughter loved it. Service was great and staff very accommodating. Visit if you're in the neighborhood!
