The last 3 sandwiches i ordered did not have any toppings or any of my customizations. I have gone through the app AND in drive thru and all sandwiches were wrong. I literally got ham and turkey on lettuce yesterday. Didn’t even get the cheese or mayo as the sandwich calls for on the sandwich as is on the menu.On top of that, last week i ordered delivery (we are 2 mins down the street). Sandwich didn’t show up for 55 minutes. I called and the driver said he “couldn’t find the suite”. We are on the main floor, 2nd suite clearly labeled. All he had to do was walk forward 4 steps to see the door. The kid didn’t call me, txt me, nothing. I find out that my sandwich was left on a chair next to the front door for 45 minutes & i would’ve never known if i didn’t call. Really unprofessional and I’ve wasted my money the last 3 times here.

My experience was more scary slow than freaky fast. Lunch delivery took over an hour to arrive, I live 5 minutes from the store. Won’t be ordering again.

Bread so hard its like someone's knocking at your front door. Usually I write kind reviews but this is unacceptable. Actual sandwich meat and lettuce was fine but the texture of the bread was hard as a rock, clearly stale, but still being sold for $17 (giant sub).
Freaky fast? More like freaky slow. Can't follow simple order requests, such as mayo packets. Chose curbside, waited 10 minutes after checking in before I finally decided to walk inside (no they weren't busy) and I saw two employees standing around laughing. Joke.

They allow their drivers to park illegally in handicapped zones ans speed through school zones. Hit this location where it hurts in their pocketbook and don't patronize. If you want a better sandwich go to jersey mikes down the street.

If you've read any of my reviews honesty is my policy! Just got a new Caprese Salami Pesto sub from Jimmy John's at 632 Roosevelt Rd Glen Ellyn for $9.29! Well it had only little pieces of tomato's in small sections of the sub. Called the store described the absence of tomato's and his comment was "OK"! That's it! Not we'll correct the sub but just "OK"! Well for $10 a Buona beef with great service is the way to go! This Jimmy John's used to be great but the new manager doesn't care about the quality of his products! Pass on Jimmy John's !!!

I love Jimmy John's but my app on my phone doesn't show my recent orders only from 2 different stores but I buy from several stores so I'm not getting my rewards as promised I use 2 different locations in Bloomington and normal Illinois and they don't show up even though I give them my phone number, I have used 2 locations in Champaign IL and the location in rantoul IL as well as the one in mahomet Il
