I went in for my rapid pick-up order after being notified it was ready and on the shelves. It was not on the shelf so I went to the window and was ignored by 3 employees. I was finally acknowledged, I got my order, and after getting home saw they did not have all the items I ordered and paid for in my bag.

No one was available at register, an employee came up to the front, but did not acknowledge us. I then went to the kiosk, only to realize it doesn't take cash (I use cash for smaller purchases), then they were out of bread, so chips or apple only for the side, and they got my order wrong (I check, it was entered correctly). They can do better than this.

We bought Panera Duets. Tuna Salad and Veggie Sandwiches.Tomato soups and Veggie Sandwich were good. But the bread of Tuna Salad was cold and dry.

I appreciate the attention to my order. The part of the order for someone with an allergy was bagged separately than the rest and the two drinks that looked the same were labeled with pen at the top. The food wasn’t thrown together like most casual dining places, rather it was assembled with care. Thank you for taking the extra time to make enjoying your food easy!

I get that you were closing. In fact I didn’t realize that before I placed a delivery order. But you continued to talk over me before I could explain to you what was happening. Incredibly rude person on the phone. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and nothing is worse than someone ordering right before close. I was going to cancel the order but it had already been picked up. Whatever woman answered the phone a little after 9pm Saturday, December 16th, I’m sorry I placed an order so close to closing time, but don’t talk over customers when they’re trying to explain a situation to you.

One of our orders was completely forgot. I didn't get the sandwich I ordered. We tried calling but nobody answered the phone. On the orders we got all the bread was extremely hard.

The Teriyaki bowl was nasty. Bad chicken pieces and over cooked Broccoli. Even the chicken noodle soup tasted like cardboard.

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich here yesterday. The chicken salad had no taste at all. Zero! Must have been made with plastic. Yuk!

The Panera in Finley Square in Downers Grove is worse than a colossal joke. First, the employees decided not to have unsweetened tea available. Why? I dunno, I'm told. I ask a gentleman coming out of the kitchen. He goes back in, doesn't return. A female comes out to ask if I want to order anything. I ask about iced tea, she says I dunno. I ask about Mac and cheese. It's 6 pm, and she says they're out of it. She's about as exuberant as if she were awoken from a dead sleep at 3 am. They did have flatbread. How nice. As for iced tea, no matter when customers come in, the staff doesn't bother making unsweetened tea. Now what is the sip club for? Useless, I say.
