An absolute fiasco at 5:00 pm. Went inside to order and eat. Total unprofessional management. Got order wrong. No coffee. One fruit option. Asked for plastic ware and was informed she was on break.I used to frequent this location thru drive thru, and never had my sandwiches ruined with so much mayo as they were this evening.Also picked the perfect time to clean ceiling tiles in dining area. What a joke...

My order was wrong and when I went inside they all ignored me. Wouldn't even look at me. I had to yell and say you forgot my 2 burgers and fries. Didn't even say thank you or acknowledge me at all, Manager was rude wouldn't even ask why I was in there. Screw this

Awful excuse for a Wendy’s. Customer service is non existent, went thru the drive thru & not sure if it was the girls first job or not but let it be her last w that attitude at this age. Exceptionally rude. She started by shutting the drive thru window in my face while I was speaking lmao 10/10 so I waited a bit and was ignored so I tapped on the window. She was texting the entire time might I add. She opens it asks me what I want and I say sauces, she hands them to me and tells me not to knock on their window. AHA maybe dont shut the window in my face while a PAID customer is talking to you and I wouldn’t have to. They also had a big truck parked in front of me waiting for their food so I couldn’t get out my view was blocked so I was waiting there. They then had what appeared to be the manager on duty tell me I could leave the drive thru. I’m sorry are you behind my wheel to know if I have enough space to fit thru? Didn’t think so. I’ll leave when I can see I can fit thru without damage to my car, thanks. If you don’t wanna work don’t clock in bc that was pathetic customer service.

Personally, I think Wendy’s breakfast is the best breakfast of your fast food chains. However, the breakfast baconator I got today at this location was absolutely disgusting. Bacon was hard and sharp and the sandwich overall was not that very good. Service was good from our cashier, but the sandwich was absolute garbage. I will not be going back to this location for anything.

I ordered unsweet tea on the app. I asked at the drive thru window to be sure it was unsweet tea. I was told it was. I got home and both teas were sweet and undrinkable. I called the store. They would not issue a refund.
