It took about 10-15 minutes and everything was definitely prepared fresh. The seasoning was spot on, not salty, not greasy. The fries were so tasy and the pita was nice and fluffy. You can tell they actually care when putting together your meal. For a quick delicious Greek meal I would highly recommend. The food was good, just wished it would have been a bit hotter but there was flavor in the food. It kept us busy. He seemed to be friendly and kind with everyone he met. “I've been a long time patron of Pita House. It's been consistently amazing for the past 25 years. I recently decided to use Pita House for a catering even for around 150 people. I was beyond thrilled with food, my guests were all raving how fresh and succulent the meat was. We opted for two whole lambs, along with Chicken Oozie and Lamb Oozie. You can tell the chef really took their time cooking the meat slowly allowing it be fall off the bone tender. I can't thank Pita House enough for the amazing food, there was more than enough for all the guests to take home food. The hummus, and fattoush salad were also out of this world.
