Last time: We ordered online. Got surcharge due to “it cost to keep up online system” and we paid extra for the tip, which I was ok with till we ate. The sandwiches were disaster. The chicken taste bad and was prepared badly. The sandwich had one strand of onion plus some bad chicken and sauce. Soups were still tasty and that’s why switched to 3 starts and not lower. Their bread is always great.Previously:This is out go to Panera. Always had a good experience here. 5 star
