I was too scared to eat the food! And the service was even worse! If you haven't ever gone to the Wendy's on Halsted in Glenwood, DON'T! It was the worst experience at a fast food restaurant in my life. The two employees were so rude, they were loud talking at me and rolling their eyes. They didn't want to be there obviously. But they then put their hand out for my card and didn't say a word, then handed me my food and slammed the window. I was like is that it and they just looked...read full review
The customer service at the location is some of THEE worst, especially in the drive-thru. The last time, which will be my last time, the greeting I got was "Gone head" which I assumed meant spit my order out. Once I got to the pay window is got even worse. I'll pass on this location.

Not sure what’s the deal with fast food places in this town but they’re all terrible and the service stinks . This Wendy’s is no different. The employees are obviously miserable and act like you ordering is an inconvenience to their life plus the food is always stale looking and tasting. Not once have I been here and the food was fresh and hot. This place sucks on ice .
