Terrible service, everytime I order something the attitude is ridiculous and they never have the order. Tonight they took the order and my money but when I arrived they said they were closed and this was twenty plus minutes from closing time they also closed both the inside and drive thru…NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS CHAIN AGAIN!

The restaurant counters were very gross and had barely any condiments left. There were not straws available and the counters and ice machine were covered in juice and pop. The restaurant also had slow service.

They obviously don’t teach customer service at this restaurant because it is HIGHLY lacking. The order is ALWAYS wrong. Something is either missing, they don’t have something, or just flat out get it wrong. I will say the morning crew is good but the evening and night crew all need to get it together.

Horrible! They customer service was horrible. Stood there for 5 min and no one said hi. Then one of the cooks came and ask what was wrong with my order. The cooks area was filthy. Management could definitely be better. This is how neighbors loose business

Not sure what’s the deal with fast food places in this town but they’re all terrible and the service stinks . This Wendy’s is no different. The employees are obviously miserable and act like you ordering is an inconvenience to their life plus the food is always stale looking and tasting. Not once have I been here and the food was fresh and hot. This place sucks on ice .

I was too scared to eat the food! And the service was even worse! If you haven't ever gone to the Wendy's on Halsted in Glenwood, DON'T! It was the worst experience at a fast food restaurant in my life. The two employees were so rude, they were loud talking at me and rolling their eyes. They didn't want to be there obviously. But they then put their hand out for my card and didn't say a word, then handed me my food and slammed the window. I was like is that it and they just looked crazy at me. The worst Wendy's. Now I know why they are always empty!
