We love the sandwiches from Jimmy John's. They always do a good job here making our food right, but they do forget the pickle with our order a lot, LOL, including when we ordered this past weekend. I've called once in the past and they probably wrote my name down or something, but I always forget by the time I go back again, so I usually just don't bother to call. I love the food, staff, everything. My only complaint is that I cannot cancel my order online. I am not a sociable person and do not enjoy calling other people, unless I can somehow message the store, but I doubt that's possible.

If I'm going to order a Jimmy John's sandwich, I order here at Granite City. The folks here always do a great job, the ingredients are fresh, and I never worry about my order. It's always right!
