the food was fine but i think i experienced the worst delivery service i've ever seen. my boyfriend ordered today (10/20) and although on time, the driver STORMED into my apartment, slammed the staircase door, banged on my door like the police, stomped down the stairs, and slammed the door again. it was absolutely ridiculous. it sent me into a full blown panic attack with how loud and sudden it was. im still shaking. there was NO REASON to do all that. my neighbors were literally coming outside their doors concerned!!!

EVERY time I order delivery from this location it takes over 45 mins and I'm only 5 minutes away, not sure where they get "freaky fast" but this location is "freaky slow!!"

We love the sandwiches from Jimmy John's. They always do a good job here making our food right, but they do forget the pickle with our order a lot, LOL, including when we ordered this past weekend. I've called once in the past and they probably wrote my name down or something, but I always forget by the time I go back again, so I usually just don't bother to call. They still do better than most other food places around. It is a bit expensive to eat at Jimmy John's in general, though, so that's the only major downside.
