I was the first customer and the man was making my ultimate cheese fries. He grabbed a cup of cheese and took it to the back. He came back and it wasn't quickly. It was a little after that he poured it into my stuff now normally they pour everything right there right where you can see them pouring your stuff inside of Your container he went to the back with my cheese and came back and poured it on my fries and then put the rest of the stuff on your front of me. I feel like he did something to my cheese. I noticed when he came back with my cheese and he poured it on there. The lady looked back at him with a concerned look and now I'm concerned what did he do to my cheese usually they would pour the cheese. They will pour the cheese on my fries. Why did he put my cheese in a cup and go to the back You're fucked up you done fucked up you done fucked up Im call the corporate on y'all ass

Super over priced! $20 for a large combo. The sandwich portion was ok but needs more cheese.The size fries in the $20 combo was too small. For $20, they need to up size the fries! The ketchup jar was out of ketchup. I understand they were closing but if you see a customer keep pumping the ketchup the jar and nothing come out, please refill it.

They literally only get a 4 because I think it's weird that they use cheese whiz for melted cheese on the subs but otherwise always made fresh nd good.

I ordered the Old School Philly Cheese Fries, it was towards the bottom where I realized there was not enough cheese. When I went back to the counter the cook /manager got an attitude with me because I asked for more. Then I asked for water and the proceeded to give me some out of the sink. I am highly disappointed and will not be returning.Shameka
The employees don't pay attention and have gotten my order wrong the two times I've been here

The food is good but I don't think 2 sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks should cost $31 that's highway robbery. The world shutting down for a year means everyone suffered not just businesses. Donating 10 cents for every meal is a slap in the face, and anyone who buys more than $30 worth of food is charged $1 for a cup of courtesy water and $1.50 for the larger cup of courtesy water. This is one of the biggest problems in this country and businesses!!! This is the American dream and capitalism at its best!!!

The older guy that works there is super rude, not sure if he is the manager. I ordered the regular Philly cheesesteak combo 2 days in the row, second day I come back he tries to charge me more. I tell him I want my fries large he says it’s only 1 size that comes with the combo, in addition I’m a mall employee and mall employees get 10% discount at food court, he says he works there 7 days a week and he doesn’t give discounts when he is on the register. The young lady working yesterday saw me in uniform and automatically gave me the discount. Yesterday I paid $13 and some change today he tried to charge me almost $17 for the exact same meal. I politely declined and walked off. That guy needs to be replaced he has no customer service skills whatsoever and a staring problem! I love Charlie’s Cheese Steaks some people are just bad for business and as long as he is there I will never go back!
