I made an order online, Google said they were open, placed my order and paid for it, get to the location and they are closed. Took my money though.Called days later to get this fixed was treated like a liar even though I have proof and was hung up on?? That's appalling.Tried calling the number that was given to me and it leads no where. This is close to 40 bucks. Who's making this right?

I visited this Jamba Juice location for the first time on Saturday (I live an hour away from this location, and I have another closer to me). I ordered for pickup through my app. I made an error with my order, it was completely 100% my own fault, but the manager was so kind and fixed it for me, even though he didn't have to. Service was quick and my smoothie was exactly like what I'm used to at my usual Jamba location, but to go above and beyond when the mistake was completely my fault, that sticks with me.

Worst Jamba Juice I've ever been to, if I could give it a zero I would. Worst mall location I've been to as well. I've been a Jamba Juice customer for over 25 years and looked at franchising at one point years ago. I've been to dozens of locations & this one takes the cake as the wors, see why there's so many poor review. I was treated like garbage and talked awful to, not to mention the person was pretty racist. I'm sure if I was their race they would of made it fast because it was very obvious with their racist remarks. Still had like 5 minutes until close and wouldn't even bother to take my order and made the excuse they couldn't make the one I wanted. I explained to them I live 20 miles away and the person was so lazy they couldn't make 1 item and rewash what was dirtied even when I gave them a alternate item I'd buy. I used to work fast food and had someone on my shift just as lazy that left me to make 7 door dashes then didn't want me to take a order like this person didn't want to, can be sure I made my order up to the wire of closing yet this lazy person can't. They don't know customer service if it hit them in the face. Needless to say I was highly sought after because of my service and the guy I worked with was fired after that night and this person should be too. I still get asked to come back to that previous job but returned to a previous employer I was offered to go back to for a better position. The atmosphere at this store sucks and their attitude sucks. Yep this store needs investigated especially the racist stuff as other employees were just as guilty.

I ordered a red gummy bear. They made a white gummy bear. When I asked for red again they put it back in the blender w some red juice and handed it back. Hate to say it but it’s not the same drink. Not worth arguing, I just won’t go back.

I came to get just an orange juice, and they said to me that they stopped making juices an hour before closing, and I came before 7pm and I waited at the line when it was my tern they said to me that . any way they have to change the work hours don't put that you close at 8pm but you really close at 7 this is the first time on my life I see business they stop working an hour before closing ?

I had the acai bowl and the worst one i got being acai bowl my fav. First the banana was raw, bitter. The acai was only half of the bowl and the bowl itself is not filled. The acai is watery. For the price I really wasted my money :(

I ordered 4 drinks and tipped the 20 percent. A couple of days passed and I received a notification that the tip amount had been adjusted to double that. I have contacted my bank about this. Is this illegal to do. For them to adjust their own tip. In this case it was double thw whole transaction which was about $55. Worst place to go. They took too long for my order and the employees looked like they didnt even want to work.

Very unprofessional staff, people wearing pajamas and attitudes as of they didn’t want to be there.Over 10 people waiting in line while your staff hide in the back like if they are getting paid to sit and talk instead of helping. When they finally came to help they still had us waiting an extra 15 while we watched them talk as if we weren’t there .Not only no care about helping anyone they still have the nerve to mean mug us as well as laugh at us because we were upset. One girl wanted to put on a show like she was about to confront someone while her other employees had to “hold”her back. I ordered 4 drinks and yet with about 10 employees behind that counter we still waited 20 minutes. I’m not someone who leaves reviews but I felt that this was one the the WORST customer service experience that I have had and upon looking at your reviews I can tell this isn’t the first time someone has complained about there attitude.By the way I was have such a wonderful day till this happened…… The only reason it gets one star is because this is the only way I can leave a review

The most WORST costumer service you could ever receive! Not only was my smoothie all liquidly and tasted like straight water. I had to wait in line for about 10-15 minutes just for ONE DRINK while the other 8 WORKERS were being distributive in the front register with other employees instead of getting other orders done few minutes after they all decided to disappear in the back while more customers kept attending and no help was there. To end most didn’t even have gloves on nor WORK UNIFORMS. Definitely should re hire more people with actual working experience or just shut this place down: Never been so disappointed at a jamba juice till now didn’t even feel like ordering the things I wanted cause of so much pressure.
