I visited this Jamba Juice location for the first time on Saturday (I live an hour away from this location, and I have another closer to me). I ordered for pickup through my app. I made an error with my order, it was completely 100% my own fault, but the manager was so kind and fixed it for me, even though he didn't have to. Me and my boys have been coming to this Jamba Juice every week. The main reason we come is because of Rhonda!!! She has the best customer service, great attitude and gets our order right every single time!!!

The service of a place really makes or breaks a place and this place does not have great service. I stood in line at the front of the line and no one stopped to greet me or say we will be right with you. If you're busy I get that but the least you could do is acknowledge my presence especially if I have been waiting for almost ten minutes that people behind me start asking if I ordered.
