Your manager is very rude been in here numerous times they tell us that they're out of stock in water and we have to pay for it and the atmosphere all around is just so blah I don't know Wisconsin McDonald's don't do it like that and 21 cents for a sauce find me some Biden prices there very disappointing with my visit

Customers never aware prior of when coffee and ice cream machines are down and it’s a HUGE inconvenience!!! HORRIBLE customer service for the inconvenience as well!!’ This is the 6th time I’ve had inconvenience with their machines being down at this point! I ordered through the mobile the mobile app iced coffee. When I approached drive thru window I was told the machines are down and I would have to wait an additional 12mins for 1 drink to be made smh. I had to go to work and didn’t have the time to wait so I asked if there was a way I could get a refund for my money I paid for extra customization to my drink, and for my reward points I used. I was told they couldn’t due neither for the inconvenience. Do better!!! The company should make customers aware through the app or on the location’s website when the machines are down or for cleaning so customers don’t waste gas or money trying to order!!!

If you are on your way to work or anything else, check your bags. To make sure they have your order right. You should not have to come back because they have your order wrong. I realize mornings are not the best time for people, but it's their job to get your order right and who eats pancakes with no syrup.This location needs a new manager. This is not about race. Any more, this is about making money. I work hard for my dollars, I like Mcdonald's, and they are so busy with stereo typing people of color that they can't even get your order in. Shame on them.

Food has been exceptionally fresh and it is great to see and taste. Lettuce is not wilted and burgers not over sauced and even fresh fries every time.
This particular McDonald's (Gurnee Mills) never gives you your orders as they are, They always give you what they want, it takes ages at the drive thru, When they tell you your order is not what you asked for, and they start fighting in front of the customer . I think they should improve on all that
