we've been to several different MOD pizzas in the area and this one is the best so far. everyone was sweet and very accommodating of special requests (things like asking for a thin layer of sauce and a heinous amount of cheese) and checked in to make sure they got it right. pizza was great, highly recommend!

Customer service at the Gurnee location from a particular employee was at a low level..they usually put finishing sauce on at the end when your pizza is done..this employee tells me for future reference tell them that at the beginning..I told her I was never asked! Some people should not be in customer service and they should leave their unprofessional attitude at home! Did it really bother you that much to squeeze the pesto on the pizza??? Not that hard to do lazy one! I also before this asked for a water cup and she seemed to yell at me about that..clearly she was having a bad day..eat elsewhere if you still want to be in a good mood at the end!!!

I love this place for a quick lunch. I call it the Subway of pizzas. I really like that you can put on as many toppings that you want with no extra charge per ingredient. Also, when the pizza comes out of the oven around 5-6 minutes it's hot and crispy. That's need to open one up in Grayslake.

The only thing I can complain about is that sometimes tech issues make online orders annoying and that the Carmelized Pear Tea/Lemonade is always inconsistent as far as sweetness goes. But none of that's even worth taking half a star off.

This place really fell off. Their salads used to be great but now they put big chucks of the stem, black pieces. I literally dug around the salad for good pieces of lettuce. I won't be going back again anytime soon ?

I just had a horrible Experience and the mods pizza in gurnee The person there ask us if we wanted our pizzas off the board. We said, yes, but we really ment that we didn't want them off. The board we were gonna build our on So when we specified to her what we meant she got really bothered and started giving us facialgestures Like I was a big deal but it wasn't because she had not even started doing anything yet. So we just left this happened on 8/7/23 around 2:25

Very cool laid back atmosphere. They make your pizza fresh for you by putting the ingredients you decide and popping out in the oven right in front of you . The staff was very cool and friendly. The place was clean and well organized. While visiting friends, we ended up at Mod Pizza. It was a great time.Not only were the pizzas personal sized so we could customize, but it was one of the fastest experiences between ordering and having our food.I just wish they had a location closer to where I live.Definitely oot for the garlic to give your pizza a little more pop!
