I went the other day with my partner and ordered food and drinks. My coca cola was (no lie) only like 2/3 full so i asked the person running the food about it and he said "our coke machine is broken and dispenses too much carbonation so it goes down a lot after it's poured" didn't even care to fix it so I paid for a large drink and got maybe a small? Had ordered a large coke zero and got a small drink also. I would not go back unless their manager Nancy is there, she's the only one who knows how to take care of customers.

Typical Portillo. Food is good. Order takers are short-temered, servers seem like you are bothering them when you pick up your order. They are too busy flirting with each other to catr about your order. Even when you are right there and able to watch the package your food order, they just throw things around and ignore you completely. If you can put up with that, the food is worth a visit.

3 times got our order wrong for rib dinners for take out. 1st time got home missing our French fries and onion rings although we got vouchers but had to call 3 times to get them.2nd time, checked the bag before we left. Had 2 fries instead of one fry and one onion rings. Had to wait for the onion rings to be made. Then when we got home, missing the Caesar dressing for my salad. Terrible!

Had the maxwell street Polish and it was top notch. Service is fast and this place is always busy. Good food will do that
I ordered in the drive thru and when I got home I noticed that some food items were missing. I drove back and provided them with proof of purchase. The guy that I first spoke was very nice and attentive. He immediately informed the manager and prepared the items I was missing. The manager was very apologetic and I appreciated the timeliness in addressing the situation. Thank you!
