Some of the mustard was even inside the bun of my polish dog, though most was all over the outside. A total mess to try and eat. Thank goodness I didn't get this as drive though. I ate it with a plastic knife & fork.
My beef cheddar croissant was half filled with beef at best and maybe....5 pieces of shredded cheddar cheese. Very disappointed and the most expensive I've ever paid for it too. Portillo's isn't what it used to be.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids love Portillo's

Great burger, however just like everyplace else since covid has ended some of the employees dont have any idea what customer service is or how to clean off a table. The person wiping down the table did just that wiped the food off the table right onto the floor and the chair i was going to sit in. I did mention that there was burger, ketchup on the chair and the guy gave me his towel to clean it myself. LOL, what a joke. Whatever they where paying him was to much. Entitlement...read full review
