Solid but not truly great, imo. Decent food, limited menu. Their chicken tenders are better than most... but, it is still just chicken tenders. Mainly, my daughter and her friends love it, so that brings us here at times.

When the restaurant opened in Gurnee Illinois the drive thru was long and crazy. I was wondering what the Rave was. Yesterday I tried the chicken fingers. Disgusting! Greasy and smelled like vinegar and old fish.The best part of the entire meal was the gentleman that took my order. If you haven't tried, don't waste your time!

I usually try to send positive reviews but in this case I find it difficult. I ordered lunch for my Team today and I got the chicken finger sandwich. It was absolutely the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. The bun was soggy. The chicken was tasteless with lettuce that was so wilted ir was almost black. The few fries I got were cold and seemed old. Dont contact me. I don't want free food or anything else. Just sharing my experience to help the restaurant get better. Don't think I'll be back though.

Great food, great atmosphere. The servers know how to deal with crowds. Able to find seating but parking was a bit of a challenge. Love Raising Cane’s!

Food was alright, atleast the crunchy parts. Found a mustache hair or pube or somethin on my chicken. Made me quite sad. Also the lady that took my order kinda had some tude. Overall 5/10.

My daughter wanted to go here while we were on vacation so after a day of shopping, we went through the drive thru. The night of March 2nd. The food was great but the woman taking our order was rude. I asked "can I get a 4 piece combo with a" And before I could order the tea, she said " IT'S A BOX"...with the attitude of a 15 year old girl. Really unnecessary. And we don't have a Cane's near us. This was our 3rd time there. So saying "IT'S A BOX" just confused the heck out of me.What's a box? I had to look at the menu. As I'm searching for a box, she says "TO DRINK????" like nowwww she's in a hurry...even though she didn't want to hear my drink a minute before this. She literally just cut me off from ordering the drink to talk about boxes. Make up your mind your royal rudeness!And A BOX is just a 4 piece combo. If you go to McDonalds and ask for a Quarter Pounder meal, they're not going to yell "IT'S A NUMBER 2" at you. You know it means the same thing. You can say either one. It doesn't matter. And no matter what you say at any other restaurant, they just enter it in. Just like I'm sure every other employee does here.
Food is ok, have been given rancid coleslaw before, if you're ok with eating the same thing every time you come. What really makes me mad about this place, the last 3 times I've come late, well before midnight which is when they say they close, they have closed early. Tonight, it's 10pm, 2 hours before they "close", and they are closed. Ridiculous, unless there have been shots fired. Which to my knowledge, there has not been. So this deserves some answers.
First time at this fast food franchise. The hype is all good. Chicken strips were full of flavor and hot. Caine's sauce was an upgrade to ketchup! Everyone around me was enjoying their food. The staff kept the tables cleared and the bathroom was clean. What more can a road warrior want?

Food was soooooo gross! Chicken was cold! I had to stop at the one in Kenosha to get the food I deserved! Kenosha Canes cooked me fresh chicken and made sure i went home satisfied. I will not ever recommend this location!
