I recently went to Gurnee and I decided to buy some groceries and I ended up in this place. It is my first time at this location of Sam's Club and nothing is really different. The parking is wide and spacious. The store was so busy, but the cleanliness of the whole place was still maintained. Product is fire but the help is a zero. We bought a big fireplace here and the person at the front said that someone is going to help us put the fireplace in the car and the people that we're going to help us we're just staring at us and just left and didn't help at all and they just watched us do it ourself so I do like Sam's club but I hate the help
