There is a young lady named Judy working at this location. She might be the rudest store associate I have ever encountered in my entire life. I had ordered the tuna roll. When I received it, it just looked unusual to me and because it's raw fish I was immediately scared to ingest it (am I wrong?). I told her I didn't want it, but would keep my shrimp tempura roll. Standard mall Chinese-Japanese with a twist: sushi rolls and nigiri. Very friendly husband and wife team behind the counter. The chicken teriyaki was terrific, and the sushi rolls were fine. The owner even offered to refill my water bottle. This whole food court has changed for the better, and Japan Cafe is one of the nice options amongst the Sbarros, Subways and Jamba Juices. I noticed they also cater.
