I really enjoyed the Italian Beef. Many have said it was an average version of the Chicago staple but I found it to be the most flavorful I've had since moving here--get it hot and sweet. ? Also, the Chicago dog was better than most I've had, particularly because of the thicker dog as compared to other places.
Introduced my wife to Italian Beef in Chicago for the first time and she loved it at Buona. Having been my second time here, it is my go-to for Italian Beef and we definitely appreciated the great service.

Buona means good. BUT they are the best. I go especially for the Italian beef. It is #1 for me. Texture, spices and flavor are perfect. So is the bread and peppers too. Clean restaurant and friendly employees. Keep up the good work. My go-to place continues. Get here. You will not be disappointed.
